What is it that keeps you ticking? What do you live for? what takes over you? What controls your mind? What gets you upset even though you had one of the amazing days?
For me atleast, I had an awesome day. A good 5km walk in the morning and an even better 5km run in the evening. In between all this I had squeezed a days work, some interesting discussions at work, a good lunch etc etc. When I was feeling good about all this, there comes a ping at night. A simple Hi from a person I dislike a big deal. Even though the conversation was one sided, why do I sit here and sulk about nothing.
I am still not able to figure out what got me upset?
